LAUNCH & AWARD CELEBRATION
This event was held on the 29th of March, 2019 at The Vine Community Centre, Bobbers Mill Road, Nottingham, UK. The event was graced by Councillor Liaquat Ali (Lord Mayor of Nottingham back then), Councillor Merlita Bryan (Councillor for Arboretum Ward back then), Development Officer Linder Wright, Rev. Father David, Our funders from The National Lottery Community, Castle Cavendish and cherished Supporters from The Nottingham City Council & Greggs.
The Organisation received a small grant from the Nottingham Women’s Centre to celebrate women in the month of March and this made it possible with the help of our creative beneficiaries to pull this event off successfully. Our versatile ladies did the décor and catering. We looked forward to this event with a lot of planning and hard work and in the end all our efforts paid of.
THERE IS JOY IN COMMUNAL LABOUR.
Many thanks to all our funders and supporters, we couldn’t have done any of these without your help.
